 Should you wish to return an order or item please contact us within 5 days of receiving it on: info@mummysonlinebabyshop.com or 01442269756. The item/items should then be returned with 10 days of receiving it. Please be aware that items returned after such time will not be refunded and will be returned to you. Goods shall be returned in the following conditions;
A full refund will be given for goods that meet the above conditions excluding postage.
Refunds will be given by the same method you paid with. But hopefully you won't need to!! If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know by email and provided the item is in stock we will be happy to send the replacement out to you once the original items have been received back. However, you will be charged for the new delivery. |
